REAL ESTATE IN THE MOST TERRIBLE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
We can all agree that the last 3 years, especially 2020, was one of the most difficult, stressful periods of our lifetime. Words and phrases like “social distancing”, “masking”, “quarantine”, “self-isolate”, “pandemic” and “COVID” became a part of our everyday lexicon. Common items you would normally find in abundance in your local grocery store, such as toilet paper, disinfect wipes, hand sanitizer and paper towels suddenly became scarce. People, and real estate agents were scared. Consequently, there were more homes taken off the market the last 2 weeks of March 2020 that at any time in history! That said, there were still some people that either had to or wanted to buy and/or sell. As professionals, it was incumbent on each member of The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team to assist these people. Finding masks, disposable gloves and disinfectant wipes was not only difficult but extremely expensive. Despite these obstacles, we obtained whatever was needed and helped our clients during that unprecedented time!
As mentioned above, some people had to sell at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. As you can see below, Richard did an outstanding job under the most trying of circumstances.
